Energy Saving Benefits Evaluator for Enterprise Customers

EEMS is currently developing a web -based computer program that evaluates potential energy reduction for commercial customers. The enterprise system will consist of several computer tools with ability to evaluate the customer thermal and electric load profiles, suggest, simulate and optimize different operation modes of HVAC and lighting in the building, and calculate potential energy reduction and cost benefits.

Interoperability of Demand Response Resources Demonstration in NY

For this project EEMS is developing a set of models for evaluation and optimization of thermal and electric loads of more than 30 large commercial facilities and CHPs in New York.

New York Methodist Hospital Energy Efficiency Project, Brooklyn, NY

EEMS developed a model for evaluation and optimization of a HVAC system for the complex of 6 buildings of the NYMH, located in Brooklyn, New York.  The evaluation included potential replacement of equipment and optimization of the operation schedule.
